Since my Collage degree is in accounting, what a perfect combination to be between IT field and four years’ experience in Customer service administration, followed with three years in credit control and risk management.

In addition to the duties of my previous role in IT, mentioned below, we started to build an assets management system using Salesforce platform. Also involved and coordinated in planning and projects implementation. And so, with my instinctual desire to learn and evolve, I got certified in April 2023 as a Salesforce administrator.

Following up on customers’ outstanding debts and ensuring meeting collections target based on due dates. Leading the on field authorized collection staff activities between collecting payments and delivery any required financial documents to customers. For decision making purposes, I provide the management with customer’s historical feedback when new deals about to be closed won. Constantly review the A/R trial balance, ensure all due amounts are properly followed up, and no discrepancies while collecting payments in collaboration with the finance team and any other involved teams. Periodically review the work process with any updated instructions and notes and implement the required steps to speed up the collection outcome. Monthly, review Customers A/R statements, Send the statement to our customers to keep them informed with their financial status. Identify slow-moving accounts and notify the management. Maintain administrative communication and exchange information with customers in calls and letters. Commitment to automate, integrate and standardize the source of information in the ERP system, for example, update contact information in the ERP system.
